Comments about Amphipod RunLite AirStretch 4 Hydration Belt - 32 fl. oz.:
I like this belt and appreciate how adjustable it is. I only use the pouch (which can hold an iphone and a Gu) and 2 of the water bottles.
I almost bought the belt with fewer-but-larger water bottles but it was too bulky when worn around my waist. My elbows hit the larger water bottles when running. This belt fits much better and cinches nicely (I am 5' 4"/140lbs).
I did find it a bit awkward to snap the bottles out easily and it takes a bit of prying. That being said, I apprecaite that they fit securely when running. As long as the tops are on tightly, I've never had issues with the bottles leaking.

Comments about Amphipod RunLite AirStretch 4 Hydration Belt - 32 fl. oz.:
Bottles slide on belt easily so you can adjust to not interfere with movement of your arms. I added an sport gel bottle, reflectors and a micro towel all items fit fine. It would be nice if the pouch that came with it was large enough to carry cell phone, ipod, car key and pepper spray (my essentials).

Comments about Amphipod RunLite AirStretch 4 Hydration Belt - 32 fl. oz.:
This belt has many adjustment options to accommodate running in winter gear or in summer shorts. Easy to adjust, always stays put, accommodates blackberry/iphone and credit cards, small hand sanitizer. Varied bottles make it easier to keep fluids cold and appropriate for situation (e.g., I freeze a juice one in summer for long runs, keep the others water), able to take 1-4 bottles of 8 or 10 oz. Can easily take bottles off and on while moving - NICE! Have had this for 3 years and through several weight changes - still a winner. Have purchased as gifts for others with rave reviews. As the bottles have gotten old, through multiple freezings, you have to screw the top on very precisely to avoid dripping. That is the only minor annoyance.

Comments about Amphipod RunLite AirStretch 4 Hydration Belt - 32 fl. oz.:
I like to wear my belts low to keep them off the stomach. But this belt would NOT stay down no matter how snug I made it. It's really frustrating to fight with a belt for an entire run. Really unfortunate. I guess I'll try a FuelBelt.
