I have been using this suitcase since November 2012. I finally decided to invest in a good carry-on after my last suitcase wheel broke. I have been travelling for business and leisure for almost 6 years and have experienced several suitcases. This is the best quality suitcase I have encountered. One of the best features about this suitcase is the lifetime warranty Victorinox offers on it (http://www.swissarmy.com/us/app/content/customerSupportAllWAndPOverview). Also, the 360-rotating wheels are very durable and they glide incredibly easy on many different kinds of surfaces. The front pocket that is meant for carrying laptops can also be used for really quick access to my bag of toiletries.

The only cons I can think of are that the luggage tag that comes with the bag is too cumbersome to actually use, and the side pocket mouth is too narrow and small.

Service and delivery comments:

The luggage tag was frayed on one of the sides when I got it. The stitching had come loose and it may get more frayed as I keep using it. But it was trivial to me and I haven't tried to replace it yet. Eventually, I may get around to replacing it with Victorinox's lifetime warranty.

I travel over 100 days per year internationaly. I've gone through a few carry-on bags, not because they wear out, but more because they just don't work. This bag works!

I love the four wheels becuase you can much more easily navigate in crowed aiports (read Asian airports), and easily role the bag down the airplane aisle. I like being able to have the bag in front of me in long queues.I've used this bag for two years, even checking it a couple of times on regional flights and it has heald up great. I can travel out of this bag alone for two weeks (doing laundry a couple of times while i travel), but it goes in most overhead storage with no problems. When fully maxed out, with the expansion open, the bag does get a little off ballance--this might be the one negative, but since i dont use the expansion often its not a big deal for me.

My favorite thing about the bag: the 20" (as opposed to 22")really helps in not calling attention to it as being a "big carryon". In many airports in Asia they weigh bags, even the carry on, and either charge you for the weight or force you to check the bag. I also have an Eagle Creek Tarmac 22" that got pulled several times. I really like the Tarmac, but it looks big. I can get just as much in this bag, which is a little wider, but shorter and it does not look big, which means they just dont ask to weigh it most of the time. This sounds like a subtle differance, but it has made a huge impact in my travel flow.

Of the three similarly priced carry on bags i have used, this one is by far the best. I've noticed that some other brands such as REI have created a similar 20" four-wheel option. Those are probably worth checking out as well. This bag is perfect for my use and i find myslef almost feeling sorry for other travelers that are struggling with inferior luggage. Worth every penny!
