Comments about REI Double Cable Lock:

All my rolling luggage has three zippered compartments: the main compartment plus a large front pocket with a slightly smaller front pocket in front of it. With the REI Double Cable Lock I am able to secure all three zippers with just one lock, with the smaller loop locking the main compartment and the longer one looping through the double-zippers of both front compartments.

This makes locking and unlocking my luggage much easier than having to deal with (and keep track of) three different locks. I really love this lock, and am so glad I stumbled across it!

A couple other reviewers have had trouble unlocking the lock again after first use. My locks work just fine, although I will note that sometimes I accidentally try to enter the combination upside-down or on the wrong side of the lock, which of course doesn't work. The visual appearance of the combo part could be a little better to make it clearer which way is up/front.

Picked this up last night for my son...Have used this kind of combonation lock may times in the past and have never had a problem. Take it out of the package follow the instructions to setting the combonation, works fine.....next day....try to open the lock....and we are locked out. Nothing on the website on how to reset. Basically, useless. Just thankful we didn't use it on anything yet...we would have been locked out!!!
