            Just did my first long run with this today. It worked great!! Been looking for a case that wont slip and slide. I was able to slip my ipone4 with Otter Box Case into it. Took a little more effort to use buttons but at least I felt it was secure and would not fall out.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

                I've run with some really poorly made armbands and finally broke down and bought a good one.

                This thing is amazing compared to the cheap ones I've run with before.

                Extremely comfortable. Fits my iPhone 4 just fine. Easy to see the screen and such when running.

                I highly recommend this one for the runners out there.

                My Lucid fits well, no worries that it would fall out, why would you wear it with the slot side down? my only issue is that at the end of my run I need to press pause on "map my run" and it's sometimes hard to get my phone out....so I end up running the last 1/2 block while slipping the arm band off and pulling my phone out...otherwise, it's great!

                Be forewarned, this case does not fit the iPhone4 or 4s, and even other phones could potentially bounce/slip out of the poorly designed slot, especially if worn with the opening toward the ground. I could see it being used around the house for cleaning, but running is out of the question.
