        I use this when doing maintenance on restoration sites (weeding, watering, checking irrigation systems). It's great for that kind of work since I am walking all over the place and using my hands constantly. I never have to search for a water bottle in the grass and remember to take it with me. I can stay hydrated while working and can carry small items in the backpack as well.

          This thing rocks! Fits perfect (not loose but not too snug) - easy to run with - I forget I even have it on and I run about 6 miles at a time.
          Perfect amount of water for mid-length runs. The clip that holds the valve is on the wrong size but that's about it. Doesn't really matter.
