Comments about evolv Demorto Rock Shoes:
Since I'm still pretty new to climbing, I don't have a whole lot to compare these shoes to. I've climbed in two other shoes with velcro closures and they weren't snug enough for my narrow feet. These shoes have a symmetrical toe, which I've read is more for people with Morton's Toe, and although I don't have that condition, I still find that the shoes fit properly and are comfortable enough to climb for 40 minutes or so at a time.
The lacing pattern is great and allows for a high degree of control when it comes to getting the tightness where you want it. It took me some practice, but I can get them nice and snug so there's no wiggle room or slippage.
The rubber on the soles are nice and sticky, but firm. Not so firm though that you can't feel the holds.
Overall, I'm very happy with these shoes and would recommend them to others who have narrow feet and can't get a great fit with velcro.

Comments about evolv Demorto Rock Shoes:
I use these mostly for indoor climbing. Though I have gone bouldering outdoors. My only complaint about that, which will apply to most climbing shoes, is that they are not very comfortable for hiking when heading out to your climbing spot.

Comments about evolv Demorto Rock Shoes:
I bought these shoes a half size down and my feet were in excrutiating pain after half an hour. I took them back and ended up getting my street size and they work wonderfully. Overall, this shoe runs small.

Comments about evolv Demorto Rock Shoes:
I climb a minimum of three times a week. Being a woman with a wide foot (men's average width "D") I found the shoe felt true to width, but ran slightly small. The first pair I bought as 7.5 (one size small) and I ended up with tendonitis within 6 weeks. I returned these and got my street size 8.5 and while they fit, I find them uncomfortable in the gym. I haven't taken left the gym without my feet being in pain. That being said, I found them great outdoors. THey were comfortable and the thickness did worked well outside. Indoors the rubber is a little thick and it is hard to feel the wall/holds. Try them on before you buy them, as there is no stretch to the shoe at all. Also due to the synthetic material, it is hard to prevent them from smelling.

Comments about evolv Demorto Rock Shoes:
This is a great shoe for beginners and avid climbers alike. I use this shoe indoor 2-3 times a week and I love it. I boulder outdoor and top rope, and I always get the response i need with these shoes.. Add straps instead of laces and this would be 10 out of 10.

Comments about evolv Demorto Rock Shoes:
This is a shoe that is comfortable right out of the box. Just spent my first night at the gym on the sharp end and did very well for new shoes. The tow in very well on little jib's as well as smear. It works well for a all around shoe ! And no brake in !
