The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

I had to send these back. The "adjustable" straps wouldn't budge.

Several friends RAVED about their Chaco sandals, so I wanted to try them. Definitely happy with my sandals. Great supportive, stylish sandals!

This is my second pair of Z/2s! The first day I wore them I had a little chafing on my inner ankle because the webbing was really stiff and it always takes me a day or two to get new Chacos broken in and getting the straps adjusted just right.
The pattern is quite brilliant on these and they are a little brighter in real life than in the photos. I love the webbing on these!

I broke my foot a few years back and so the summer has been brutal becasue I must wear something with a suitable sole so my foot doesn't hurt or worse, get reinjured.
These are amazing. I wear them everyday walking in the city, commuting, playing, hiking. Take a little breaking in and finding the right adjustment, but once that's settled these are perfect. Have worn them all summer and hardly worn at all. Think they will last me many years.
I prefer the solid thick strap. I had some with the two thin straps and they tended to chafe my toe. No such problem on these. I highly recommend them. Wish they came in more colors.

I use these shoes for hiking and backpacking primarily. They are super comfortable and durable and hold up great for long distances. I got some blisters at first, but once I got the straps adjusted they fit like a dream. I've had my current pair for 4 years, now they're getting a little worn and I'll definitely be getting another pair.

Great shoes that are easy to adjust. I own 4 pairs of these and 2 of various flip flop styles that I have had for several years. Would not trade for anything else. They are easy to clean great for kayaking & light hiking. I wear them daily to work where I am on my feet all day on concrete. They do take a few days to break in but well worth it. Great arch supports and highly recommend to anyone with plantar fasciitis.

Comments about Chaco Z/2 Unaweep Sandals - Women's:
I really want to like these sandals (I use them for dragon-boat practice) but the strap adjustments are ridiculous! It's very difficult for me to get these straps adjusted just right. And when I finally do get them adjusted, as soon as I walk a bit in them, the straps begin to tighten around my big toes cutting off the circulation.Any shoe that needs a youtube instructional video (with over 16,000 views!) explaining step-by-step how to adjust the straps is not a great sandal! If you are not ready to give up yet, check out the video that explains step-by-step how to adjust the straps: [@]Complicated!! and the adjustment doesn't stick! I have to keep re-adjusting them or my big toes get tingly from loss of circulation. I may end up returning these to REI [...].But I'm going to keep trying for awhile before giving up because for the few minutes that they are adjusted correctly they feel great and are good for dragon-boating.
