Contoured, padded shoulder straps feature 3D air-mesh lining for breathability and stabilizer straps for ideal positioning of pack
Bi-laminate foam hipbelt uses a soft interior foam for comfort and a stiff outer foam for weight transfer and lateral movement control

This was a pack for my 14 yo daughter. Looked at the Osprey Jib 35, REI Crestrail 48 and this Deuter. She is 5'0" and torso was 15" The jib was a little smaller capacity than we wanted but fit well. The Crestrail was almost but not quite short enough. The ACT fit well.

I too am a petite gal, 5'3 105 lbs. I also have a tailbone injury. I tried every pack at REI without success. This one is amazing. It is narrower than most packs. I can walk forever with it without pain.

After looking for months and many packs later, I found this pack. I am 5"7' and weigh in at 115 lbs. I also have a thirteen level spinal fusion. I am thrilled with this pack!!! It is easy to adjust and has great padding in the hip belt. The pack also has a lifetime warranty. It has been a great investment.

I was looking for a moderately-sized pack to get into camping. As a petite woman, I was having trouble finding a pack that fit comfortably. An REI salesperson recommended this pack, and it's just what I was looking for. It's adjustable, the shoulder and hip straps are very comfortable, and the size is versatile. After ordering online, I took it into the store to get it adjusted and test it with weight in it. I'm very pleased!
