      I'm a long time Arc'teryx fan and this base layer is the same high quality. I got in on sale at REI but I would pay full price. It's not cheap, but the versatility is probably worth it.
      I use this shirt for running, biking, as a light base layer for skiing, and anything else the can do with good wicking. It's comfortable in a wide range of temperatures, breathes amazing, wicks great, does not stink (it has been pulled from a hamper repeatedly). What more could you want? Even at full price, you can wear it over and over.
      I would say the cut a good outdoor athlete sizing. I'm skinny and the large is not too baggy on me. The sleeves are not especially long but that doesn't matter to me for a base layer.

          Just purchased this shirt and wore it today in a surprise temperature drop in the Chicago area. I layered it under an Arc'teryx 1/4 zip fleece and was comfortable in 47 degree F weather with a wind. Be aware that I like cool weather, so while others were standing inside the building, I was outside enjoying the cool.

          I plan to purchase another color and take both to my trip to Turkey and Brazil next Spring and Summer for easy travel and care and comfort.

              I run trails with this top. I prefer brushy and tree covered areas with open sun and hilly terrain mixed in. The debate with me and some others is: short or long sleeve?

              This shirt is excellent against brush of many types. It adds confidence while I run downhill with obstacles. Sometimes I have to grab onto trees and branches or I have to hit the ground on the fly. I like that it's SUPER lightweight AND resilient.

              It breathes very well. It blocks wind very well. It blocks the California sun without overheating.

              My favorite feature: with just a bit of breeze, the material acts like a fan on the sweaty surface of skin.
