Polyester/cotton blend and built-in vent offer great breathability to help keep both baby and parent cool; carrier and hood are lined with soft cotton poplin
Waist belt with 0.25-in. high-density neoprene foam padding extends to 48 in.
Shoulder straps with 1-in. high-density foam padding extend to 27 in.

Words cannot describe how handy and perfect this baby carrier is. It is comfortable (For you and the baby). It is handy. It is long lasting (infant through toddler). It is lightweight (I like how it is more breathable than the other ergo carriers)

I use this carrier almost daily: out and about the town trips, short hikes, when the baby is fussy, etc....

This carrier will not disappoint.

The only time we don't use this carrier is on long hikes. (We use a carrier with a frame)

Super easy to use and it's comfortable. I really like the fact it puts the weight on your hips. Baby loves it too. I just wish there was a larger pocket on the front to store stuff in while we're out and about.

I had a sungli, moby, and a framed back before I bought this. I wish I would have known about this first. All the others put a lot of weight on my shoulders, which would eventually give me a headache. I can wear the Ergo for hours without any discomfort. She loves it too and often falls asleep in it. My daughter is over 100% in length on the infant growth percentile and fits in the Ergo great! It's easy to clean, store, and I love the variety of ways you can carry a child. It's worth the extra price (compared with other baby carriers).

Comments about ERGObaby Sport Baby Carrier:

I had the original ERGOBABY for my first child and loved it. Four years later, ordered this version for my second. It is such a disappointment. The straps aren't as comfortable or fitted as the ORIGINAL. And they ditched the pocket for this version--that pocket was great for carrying credit card/cash/keys. I also feel the back cuts into my baby's skin compared to the original. Do not bother ordering this...
