The Kelty Forecast 20°F long sleeping bag beckons to be outdoors. The 3-season synthetic bag weathers all conditions from car camping to backpacking.

Climashield Green™, continuous filament insulation made from reclaimed materials, keeps you warm and comfortable; keeps insulating even if damp
2-layer, offset quilt construction and differential cut eliminate cold spots; ground-level side seams prevent heat from escaping
Warmth is optimized through differential cut of shell and lining fabrics, allowing the insulation adequate room to expand to its full loft
Hip-length, 2-way locking zipper is backed by a draft tube to keep warmth in
Internal loops allow attachment of a fleece liner (not included) to increase warmth
Pad loops provide attachment points to keep your sleeping bag and pad together so you don't roll off onto the cold ground (straps sold separately)
Zippered foot vent allows airflow on warm nights

I'm now a car camper due to a 2yo daughter. New bag is cold in July in the Idaho mountains. Feet and torso became cold. It was below freezing at night, but I doubt it was near 20deg. I'm not new to camping but found this bag to be tight and the zipper problematic, even for a mummy bag. Also, the bag twists/wrings around the body, contributing to the cold factor. I also found that the hood doesn't seal well or stay pulled in the position it's been set. Overall I've been very disappointed in this bag. It will be a part of REI's next garage sale.
