Comments about Rossignol Alias Snowboard - Kids':

THIS IS A REAL BOARD. Pay attention to the weight sizing guide when buying any board. The board is easy to turn, light, and flexible on East Coast groomers/hard pack. We DEMO'd the Rossi Alias (Y) twice at rentals before buying and they were decent. We purchased TWO based on price point to performance value. (No comparison to any rentals now with custom boots and bindings. Its very comfortable and we have so much better control on these than we ever had on any rental.) My grom says his new setup is fast, grips like crazy and only needs a steel stud stomp pad to make it perfect. Can't really go wrong here for [$] if your kid needs a real board or for a light weight adult (beginner/intermediate) on a budget (I certainly didn't buy it for the graphics, but the eyeballs start to grow on you).NOTE: We spent the extra money on better boots and bindings. Custom adjusted boots and bindings improve performance, period.Don't forget the helmets....

Comments about Rossignol Alias Snowboard - Kids':

My 10yo son rides this board and absolutely loves this thing. Weighs in at 95lbs on a 5"2" frame and rides the 145cm easily. He bounces in and out of the park, powder (Jay Peak rocks!) and trees while having a blast. His previous board was trad camber and it was not nearly as much fun for him. At first on this board, some heelside butt-plants while skidding across ice were painful to watch, but he's gotten the hang of holding the edge with the rocker on east coast crud/frozen granular. It's stable on the flats and high speeds, it's great for switch in the trees as a true twin, and it pops great off the jumps with a wide stance setup.

Comments about Rossignol Alias Snowboard - Kids':

I just demo'd this board for the past 3 days. I can't say enough good about it. Super maneuverable, super fast, super agile, super stable. I went from a beginner board I was having trouble with in all the powder, to this board that gave me the ability to carve up the mountain. I loved it!
