Watch was exactly as promised: Nice looking, of a quality feel, accurate. However, I am 6'8 235lbs, and I had to use the last hole on the band. I've never owned a watch with such a small band. Thought for a minute it was a woman's band. Had to return watch and go find one for a bigger person.

I was looking for a watch to bring with me on my travels through Europe this summer and stumbled upon this. I needed something that looks good but isn't too flashy, and well-constructed enough to survive the trip.I was pleased to find that this watch is way more attractive in person than in the picture. It's bold and simple and just the right size. I can't even guess how many watches I looked at before settling on this one, and it was definitely the right choice.The band is a little stiff but not too uncomfortable, and I imagine it'll start to soften with wear. If it makes it back from Europe I might change it for a black faux-leather band.It seems accurate so far, though I haven't checked closely.With a discount and a store credit I got this for [$], but I certainly would have paid the full price. I've seen watches of lower quality sell for a lot more.

I normally don't write reviews for anything, whether the products and services are good or bad. But I am compelled to share my thoughts about this item.I've had this watch for about two weeks now, and I can't stop staring at it. This is a great looking timepiece (for any prices), so it's definitely worth the current price of [$]. I love the simple and elegant design. The watch is also very versatile for all occasions and attires. You can wear it with jeans and t-shirts or wear it with your suits!The luminosity also works great.

I bought this specifically for use traveling in Africa and enjoying the outdoors here. I don't like traveling with my Rolex as I would hate to lose it and wanted something, unobtrusive, yet stylish and not cheap looking. The Swiss army watch has proved unreasonably good over the last year and exceeded my expectations. The polyurethane (read rubber) strap is great; you can get the whole watch covered in sun screen, sweat, dirt and general c**p, then wash it with soapy water and a wash cloth and its back to original. You can't do that with leather or fabric, and metal bands tends to pick up more detritus in the links. I have managed to keep the lens free of scratches in a year that has included 8 trips to Africa, this may be luck, but suggests it is tougher than I think.

Oddly the luminosity of this watch is far better than my Rolex which cost 20x the price. Combined with the large numbers and easy to read dial, it is the watch I keep by my bed at home.

I have found myself buying these watches as presents for people.

I wanted to replace my older, broken SA watch because I was so happy with the quality of my old SA watch. (I took my older watch into water frequently which it was not designed for) This watch is very modest, yet still stylish. The face is very easy to read and has a simple, yet effective design. The glow in the dark hands are very easy to read after many hours in the dark, something my older watch failed to do, which will prove very useful while tent camping this coming summer! The band has grown on me, but I think I still prefer a metal band, and will likely replace the original band if it starts to wear. Great watch for a reasonable price.
