        I love this little wrist band, and use it often - holds my large key-fob laden car key and iphone 4s easily, and it's snug enough that it doesn't bounce around at all.

          I use RunKeeper to track my run via GPS on my mobile phone. I got tired of holding my phone in my hand so I went to REI to pick one of these up. It works great, is durable, and can fit smartphones no problem (material is stretchy). Also nice to have that additional zip pocket for keys/money/id.

            I can easily fit my keys, ID, cash and a few cards in it. My iPhone 4S fits (even in an otter box case), but I don't think this is the best place for my phone. For exercising, I use an armband anyway.

            I've been using it all the time since I got it and it has replaced my regular wallet for day to day use.

            The only downside for me is that I got the blue color and it shows the dirt easily and I imagine that I will be washing it often. I may also pick up one in black.

                  For running I wanted to hold my keys and ID. Just these two items make a very tight fit. Makes awkward bulk hanging on my wrist: imagine a flat ID against a round arm, topped off with a bundle of keys. The band is also cloth so sweat and water go right through to the contents.
