        Two long runs of 14 and 18 miles using these pills have been great. Both my training partner and I have taken them and had similar results. Legs feel much better during runs and after runs my legs actually feel almost normal. She has also noticed that they seem to settle her stomach. Might just be her, but she has noticed it so I will mention it.

          I used Hammer's Anti-Fatigue Caps along with Hammer's Endurance Amino and I cut nearly two hours from a fairly intense hike up to a favorite Alpine lake while carrying a 40 lbs pack. I didn't run out of energy and was able to set up camp and hike the next day as well. I can see using these snowshoeing too.

            Incredible product for those looking to significantly reduce muscle pain during long rides and competitive rides. Others do not come close to being as effective, long lasting and compatible with other products. Rode the Death Ride with these and, while sore, was virtually pain free for the whole ride!
