I love green/purple hat but it is too big plus fleece lining did not cover whole hat. I am afraid the wind will go through the hat.

Tightly woven with a nice soft fleece inner lining. Very warm, very comfortable, nice snug fit.

Great for post surf wear....keeps the ears covered, warm and protected from the winds.

The purchase also helps promote small rural businesses.

These are awesome hats, I know the pictures look like the colors are weird but the hats are actually lovely. I bought the red and then had to have the gray and green also. These are heavy weight hand knit hats with black fleece lining the bottom half of the inside, so no itchy wool against your ears. These hats are extremely warm and also cute. Bonus points for $$ going to a good cause. I used a seam ripper to remove the badges from the outside of my hats (so I could just slap it on and not worry about it appearing to be on 'sideways' b/c there was a label on the side of my head) and you can't tell there was ever anything there.
