    This is a great jacket for those cool, damp days that aren't cold enough for a winter coat. Roomy enough to wear over a sweater. Cozy fleece lining. Definitely water resistant; probably not waterproof. Nice hood. I love the length of the coat as it comes below the hips. Easy to move around in.
