Easy to attach, stays put, heavy duty, and best of all, it is waterproof. I've tried other brands and they don't hold up or perform half as good as Seals. I have 3 and will soon buy another for the new cedar strip I built. Even though I have a UV cover over my strippers, they won't hold out the rain. This does!
