The good news is that Leatherman makes a tool called the Micra that you should buy. This tool, however, almost convinces me to swear off the Leatherman brand forever.
The carabiner gate is no more sturdy than a paperclip. The knife blade arrived already bent which doesn't bode well for screwdriver. And I've already bent my fingernail back trying to get the tweezers out. Maybe I could use the pliers from a quality multitool to get them out. Or I could just throw this one away and use the real tool to begin with.

This thing is amazingly light! This is the only knife/tool I take when I go backpacking, and it has never left me wanting more. The scissors are great for cutting moleskin, and the knife cuts cord and sharpens pencils without any trouble. The knife was never very sharp to begin with, but it doesn't seem to be getting any worse with use. Great to keep hooked to your car keys, or as part of lightweight camping set-up.

I almost didn't buy this because the package showed it unfolded and it seemed big. Its really not that big, when compared with the victorinox classic it replaced (it IS bigger, just not by much). I'll admit, the biggest factor for me was I wanted something to carry that had a bottle opener built in. The scissors are awesome; probably won't be able to go back to a victorinox scissors. My biggest gripe would be a functional phillips & slotted screw driver. I think they could have figured something out without compromising size, and made this a truly awesome tool imo.

As long as you are not looking for anything more than a pen knife, this is a perfect tool. Because of it's size, I carry it in my pocket daily and is the most practical scissors I have found in a multi-tool. The bottle opener is a bonus because when you travel around the world as much as I do, you always need one since a lot of countries don't use twist caps.

okay, maybe this tool isnt exactly a "wonder", but its definitely a useful trinket to carry around day-to-day! As far as size the "style CS" is great: not too dinky and short, but with a slim profile for extra portability. By far the best feature on this item is the carabiner which also functions as a bottle opener (which is the tool i use most often). the integrated carabiner also makes the "CS" even more portable, easy to carry and easy to access!
Aesthetically, I love this tool as it closely resembles the Leatherman Skeletools. Dainty size and rugged looks makes it a good item for both men and women.
One gripe is that the tweezer tool is a little hard to pull out... though the tweezer is not a feature that i use often... if ever.
All-in-all, highly recommended for your adventures in the concrete jungle.

I saw an ad for this yesterday and was thrilled that it was in stock at my local REI. It's a definite upgrade from my Victorinox Classic SD. Finally, scissors I can do something more with than trim a hangnail. It's the same size as the Victorinox with a little more for the easy on/off carbiner clip. I would have preferred a double bevel on the knife, but it will do in a pinch, and I'd use my Spyderco Ladybug when I need a knife anyway. It's smaller than the Squirt I had before and fits perfectly on the keychain. A great buy!

Best leatherman scissors ever! I have used Leatherman tools since the mid 90's and the only thing that comes close is the Micra. Index and ring finger on the long end and thumb on the short end feels very close to a full size set of scissors. Not to mention a knife, file, and removable tweezers.
Did I mention you can open a beer with it?
