I was considering another brand's keychain model, but I went with the Leatherman. I like the width of the flat nose screwdriver and the traditional needlenose pliers. The blade is sharp and the scissors are great. This product is quality. I feel this is the superior keychain multitool.

Was simply looking for a very lightweight, yet functional, multi-tool for five day backpacking trips in the mountains. This fit the bill quite nicely as it had the core tools I was looking for and only weighed 2oz. I used this while backpacking the "W" circuit in Torres Del Paine in Chile and Mont Fitz Roy in Argentina and I didn't require anything extra than what this provided.

This new Ps4 is such a triumph over it's predecessor, the squirt p4. With the addition of the scissors and without whatever that little shive was this is the perfect keychain multitool. This is the perfect mini/daily carry too. Just enough pliers and screwdrivers to do light jobs around the office and home, knife to open letter and packages, this is great! Don't underestimate the tiny scissors either, they are sharp and rather helpful. The only quarrel I have, is unlike it's predecessor it does not have grooves for your thumbnail to access the blade, which isn't a detriment just kinda annoying I thought.

needed the bottle opener but it ended up just peeling the lid up instead of popping them off. needs more than one contact or perhaps a bigger space between the part that touches the bottom of lid and top of lid. all the other tools seemed functional, of course i sent it back before i ever used the rest.

This multi-tool could be great, if it's tools worked.
If you push the scissors down too far when closed they push all the way into the frame and you can not open them with bare hands.
The bottle opener is almost useless.
The spring loaded pliers are actually pretty good.

This thing is rather amazing. I have an old Leatherman from the '70's and this is a world apart. Though tiny at 2oz., the tool practically springs open in your hand when needed and then snaps shut too. Surprisingly ergonomic for its tiny size. This 'Squirt' version has the pliers which I needed, but the overall design on all these micro style units seems similar. Satisfies my Boy Scout be-prepared thirst. Maybe if they made it out of titanium, it could be better, but it's a new fixture on my key-chain.
