    I have 31.8 mm handlebars and had a pretty difficult time trying to stretch the rubber strap far enough to hook the first hole. It took a few tries and I used some rubbing alcohol to lubricate the strap a bit. Other than that, great design, good function.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      My handlebars are really thick and most bells wont fit, except for this one. The bell is very loud and has withstood a few crashes. I like it so far.
