        Comments about Ben's Spray Pump Insect Repellent - 30 Percent DEET - 4 fl. oz.:

        Bought Ben's 30% deet (water-based) pump for my two kids (aged 6 and 8) who attend outdoor camp in a wooded lake area each day. They swim and run around all day.

        I apply the product each morning. They re-apply before lunch time and sometimes again mid-afternoon.

        They've not been bitten once, which is incredible. They report no skin irritation and the smell is not bad.

        I prefer spray products over wipes; areas tend to get missed with wipes. The spray bottle cap is great because the kids can store the bottle in their backpacks without risk of accidental spraying. The 4oz size seems perfect for a kids backpack.

        The cost is no greater than the cheapest Deep Woods Off I can find, and I'd prefer to spend money at REI anyway.

        Great product.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
