- Double-wall design provides insulation to keep your water cold or your coffee hot during a journey in the outdoors; insulates hot beverages up to 6 hrs.
- 2.13 in. wide-mouth opening allows for easy filling and pouring; bottle is compatible with many screw-on backcountry water filters
- Tough 18/8 food-grade stainless steel is BPA free
- Slim shape fits in most vehicle cup holders
- Loop-top screw cap uses BPA-free polypropylene on the outside and food-grade stainless steel on the inside so your water does not come into contact with plastic
- Loop top lets you attach the bottle to a backpack or belt loop using a small, lightweight utility 'biner (sold separately)

I added the coffee top. Holds both heat and cold amaizingly well. Keeps coffee hot to the last sip. 20oz of soda with crushed ice left when I was done! Too heavy for hiking but great for the commute.

I love this kanteen, it keeps ice frozen longer than Hydro Flask AND the lid does not make that obnoxious squeaky noise that Hydro Flask makes.
I bought this bottle after returning a REI brand bottle, that leaked. The Klean Kanteen does not leak.

I've had this product for awhile now and will vouch for its ability to keep water cold for over eight hours (one reason it is always in my travel bag for night sips).
Product is durable enough. I have dropped it countless times and it has acquired only a tiny dent.
Price was a bit steep, but I was willing to pay based on reviews from a few trusted sites. I don't regret my purchase.

Colorado, January 9500'+, 0 to 5 degrees, 5 hour hike. My tea stayed hot all day during a hike, and a little was still warm 12 hours later. It is well made, light weight, and strong. It has a wide mouth, a good size for soup. It is the all around best thermos for hiking I've carried in decades.

I love this bottle.
As a fervent lover of water with ice, I keep this with me at all times.
In classes, in my office/lab, on the ranch, in my truck, it goes everywhere with me. It doesn't sweat but gives me ice cold water all day long. I was a little iffy putting it in my messenger bag with my day planner, laptop, tablet, and chargers, but it ended up being awesome because it never leaks. Plus its slimness means it always fits in my bag despite how much stuff I cram in it.
