The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Thule Raceway 2 Bike Rack:
It seems like a great rack, but I got it home to discover that it does not fit my 2013 SUV. Be careful and look at your trunk and the latches on the rack before you buy. Also, even if it did fit, it is heavy and not easy to install on taller cars...and this is coming from a 39 year old triathlete so I am not a weakling.

Comments about Thule Raceway 2 Bike Rack:
Does not lend itself to people with weak or small hands for installation. Knobs poorly designed for a good grip, particularly the larger ones which tighten the lower cables. Cannot get bottom hooks under rear hatch (07 Honda Fit) without opening it which is a bit of a struggle, given the weight (35 lb.?) but it feels like more. But I have been working with it and it is doable. Also tightening each lower cable separately with 2 hands while stepping down on rack to loosen tension has worked like a charm.
So now that it is on, it is a pleasure to use. I have an Electra Townie and needed a non-hitch rack to accomodate. This is the only non-hitch, platform I'm aware of. It's totally versatile and I love that it locks the bikes and the rack to the car. So you will probably love this rack and get a bit of exercise installing and uninstalling.

Comments about Thule Raceway 2 Bike Rack:
Rack is stable for short trips.
Security feature is useless ... key is made of very soft metal ... broke first time I tried to lock the rack.

Comments about Thule Raceway 2 Bike Rack:
We take our bikes every where. It is easy on/easyoff. We especially like the ease of locking both the rack and bikes to the vehicle. It works well on a '12 Subaru Outback

Comments about Thule Raceway 2 Bike Rack:
I lease a Chevy Volt. This is one of the few trunk racks that fit the volt. The fit is great and stable, however, the rubber stops on the bottom leave marks on the car, not scratches, rough spots that took the shine off the car. Others suggested the marks could come off with wax and polish which I have no idea if it would. If you lease a vehicle, watch out for this.

Comments about Thule Raceway 2 Bike Rack:
Best bike rack I ever got. Very stable. No need to reduce driving speed. Having arthritis in mij hands, another design of the tightening knobs might make the mounting of the rack even easier for me.
For the rest: excellent

Comments about Thule Raceway 2 Bike Rack:
I did a lot of research to make sure I would be getting the best possible trunk rack for my BMW 3 series. Today after only 3 days of using the rack, I took it off my car and discovered two huge dimples on the bumper where the feet of the rack had been placed. My bike is very light and there was no added weight or pressure to cause this. I am really upset, I dont want to use this rack anymore and it will probably cost a lot to remove the dents. The rack was not cheap either. All in all a costly mistake.

Comments about Thule Raceway 2 Bike Rack:
Looks great, easy to use! I a 65+ full figured lady who hasn't ridden a bike in a long time but really need to exercise. I wanted to keep everything as easy as possible otherwise I tend to lose motivation. This carrier is all that! I leave it on the car & feel it's safe since it locks on. It's simple to load my bike, pull a couple of straps & I'm off. I'm a weekend rider & don't have to use a carrier to go to the W&OD Trail but manage to go somewhere with my bike every weekend. Highly recommend this product!

Comments about Thule Raceway 2 Bike Rack:
So far we have only set it up and loaded the bikes but plan to take the bikes to the trails this next week. So far, we are happy with our purchase. Shopping at REI is a great experience and the staff is very helpful - especially for sports novices like us. Thank you

Comments about Thule Raceway 2 Bike Rack:
Watch the video from Thule & it is almost as easy as shown. Well made, seems very sturdy. I only have 1 bike & it was rock solid during first drive. Have not gone very far yet. Like how the arms fold down when bike is not on the carrier. Very easy adjustment. It folds up to about the size of a big lawn chair & I store it in my trunk. Bought it on sale & think it is worth the money.
