I recently got this pack after trying it out in the store. I think it's critical to put on various packs and give 'em a test run. This one was the perfect choice for me and my body type (female, long torso, 5'5" and 125 lbs). It has very little movement on my waist when adjusted properly (it doesn't really sit on my hips, but more around my belly button). The bottle is sooo easy to get in and out - yet it has never bounced out, or fallen out when I bend over. I love the gel flask and have experimented making my own gels ($20 hammer gel gets pricey quickly). The stretch waistband is pretty comfy and I really appreciate the little velcro tabs to keep the extra strap tucked away.My only qualm with the pack is the limited storage capacity. I solved the problem beautifully though by taking a removable pocket from my boyfriend's Nathan Elite 2V Plus pack and attaching it to mine. I'm sure you can find replacement pouches from Nathan. The pack has been very comfortable on shorter runs and longer runs (10+ miles). Great construction and design.

The belt bag fits well and is easily adjusted. It keeps everything in place and has room for energy bars and keys without feeling too bulky. The bottle that comes with the bag, however, is poorly designed. After only two months of use, the valve and the finger hook all came apart in the middle of a run. I would recommend the bag to anyone, with the caveat to purchase another water bottle.
