The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about NEMO Losi 3P Tent:
I am in love with this tent! I waited a very long time to snag it at a decent price...and the second I saw it on sale BOOM! My second house was bought. Super easy to set up. First time I took it out took me about 7 minutes to figure it out and throw it up. It was during an Alaska summer too, so it was also a nice chance to check out how dry it was. 5 days of straight rain, and not a drop. Condensation...none. Comfortable...too comfortable. Roomy enough for my gear, girlfriend, and our lab. I'm also very fond of the wrap that it stores in...everything about the setup screams high quality. Even the tent stakes are prime.
All and all, this is easily my favorite piece of equipment.

Comments about NEMO Losi 3P Tent:
I'm 6'5", and broad-shouldered, and this tent has plenty of room for me, my 9-year-old daughter, and my wife (5'5", 120 lbs.) We took this up to the Chisos Basin in Big Bend National Park, and the ventilation really impressed me. We kept the fly on even though it was dry to help with the 15mph wind (the tent didn't budge, and the fly didn't flap at all--bonus!). There was enough air movement to feel comfortable with bedtime temperatures in the 70s and no condensation with morning temperatures in the low 40's. The roll-up stuff sack is easy to use and packs easily (stakes and all) into my 60L Osprey pack with plenty of room for the rest of my gear. I love this tent.

Comments about NEMO Losi 3P Tent:
I bought this having read reviews here, and videos online. It's one of the best tents I've ever used honestly. It's easy for one person to set up, even in the dark, comes complete in it's own package which is great, and most of all, has a design that really maximizes the interior space. There's not much else to say, it's worth every penny! My only gripe, and really, making this a 4.5 out of 5, is that the fly has a rather small opening getting in and out. Would much prefer a wider opening ESPECIALLY when it's raining out. I do however, like the dual side vestibule and door opening. Overall, with the footprint, and paw print, it's a pretty solid tent that won't let you down.

Comments about NEMO Losi 3P Tent:
I'd been searching for a great tent for about 6 months. One I'd have for years.
Wa-La - flash boom bang NEMO TEAM LOSI 3P Tent was the one. I've had the tent now for about 9 months. Everything works really well. I feel the cost was well worth the investment. My back up tent is a REI quarter dome T2 plus which is nice too.
I've owned the REI Quarter dome T3, North Face Tadpole, REI Quarter Dome UL, North Face Phoenix 2 and Mountain Hardwear Waypoint 2.
The weight is slightly heaver than I would like but who can complain when it weights just as much as one of my two man tents.
I travel with my G-Friend (now wife) and dog. I purchased the PAW print (internal foot print) and love love the way it works. It also makes cleaning the tent a breeze.
The tent was such great quality I purchased Nemo's air pads (3) as well.
I've really studied the different tents and I believe NEMO would be my first choice. My second choice in quality and workmanship would be REI quarter dome series.

Comments about NEMO Losi 3P Tent:
I've been backpacking for 40 years. I own two expensive winter tents, and three light-weight, quality summer tents - all purchased at REI. As far as three season tents go, this one is my favorite...why?
1. The three man actually holds three people!
2. The entire system snaps together so that the footprint stays attached to the tent, as does the fly - unlike the typical grommet configurations my other tents use.
3. The door is easy to zip and unzip without snagging - easy in and out.
4. The vestibule storage is ample for our packs and boots at night.
5. Set up is simple - the single pole configuration doesn't leave me wondering which pole goes where when setting up in the dark.
6. For it's size, the weight is great - if you divide this thing up among three, you'll be in great shape - although the carrying case it comes with is pretty cool!
Bottom line, I love sleeping in this tent - lots of head room, lots of space, but not too heavy, and it looks like it will last.

Comments about NEMO Losi 3P Tent:
I just returned from 23 days and 23 nights backpacking with this tent and it truly was a stout and appropriate tent for this trip! Very rainproof, HUGE, comfortable, and the pawprint is a fantastic idea. 2 guys and a dog had MORE than enough space and the pawprint kept the sleeping pads safe from dog's claws, kept us cozy and made clean up easy (even puke - yuck!) Some light condensation only on a couple of nights, but I would say this is a true 3 season tent as one thing I might change would be a full fly to the ground, a window and a pop up vent - none of these are dealbreakers and I really loved this tent - never had any problems and will be keeping it. It's a little heavy once you include the pawprint and the footprint etc. etc., but split up it's well worth it - nice light material too! Great smart design though and worth every penny and ounce to be comfortable on a longer trip.

Comments about NEMO Losi 3P Tent:
The Losi 3p is pretty much all that others have described, and is a dynamite product. As a 3-person tent goes it is unbelievably roomy inside, sets up very easy, is expertly engineered and integrated, and the completely see through fly is truly wonderful on a warm night of camping.
That being said:
• the tent is a tad expensive - although you do get what you pay for.
• the transparent top is wonderful - but does lack privacy when you do not have the fly in place [ if in a campground.]
• it is a bit bulky / heavy for back/bike packing - but not bad when compared to other 3-person tents.
• my big complaint [minor] is all or nothing fly/mesh top - I wish I could have a skylight with privacy screen - but you cannot have it all.
I purchased the Losi at the beginning of the summer to accommodate a single parent [me] and a toddler and it is a perfect size for car camping and short trips [ packing] have used on everal trips so far and very much like it .

Comments about NEMO Losi 3P Tent:
I was looking for a tent for 2 people and the 2P tents were just a bit too small for my taste, so I bout this tent with the 20% discount coupon. Although more expensive than most 3P tents even with the coupon, I believe my purchase was well worth it. I have used two other tents before (REI Half Dome 2P and Marmot Limelight) and I believe this one is extremely sturdy, well built, spacious, and made of top-notch materials. I am very happy about my purchase and have used it in Sequoia's Mineral King, Big Sur and Pismo Beach. I have a feeling this tent is going to last years and years of camping and backpacking.

Comments about NEMO Losi 3P Tent:
I purchased this tent for a 4 month cycling trip from Cairo Egypt to Capetown South Africa, Jan to May 2011. Almost every night of the trip was camping. This tent lasted about 20 days before the zippers started failing. They are too small for the tent, cheap construction and do not hold up. During the trip, I looked at many other tents being used, North Face, MSR, Sierra Designs, etc. and all had a much larger and robust zipper for the entrances into the tent. The funny thing is that Nemo uses a good robust zipper for the fly but the zippers for the entrances into the tent are small, break and don't hold up. I contacted Nemo, sent them pictures of other tents' zippers and it was the typical "you're the first to have complained about the Nemo zippers" and advised me to clean them daily (which I'd been doing). I had the zippers replaced in Addis Abba Ethiopia and again in Malawi by a tent manufacturer. They laughed when they saw the Nemo zipper that was still sewn into the tent and couldn't believe that a tent manufacturer would put a "cheap" zipper into their tent. I now have a nice robust zipper in the tent and have had no further problems. But I'd not buy another Nemo tent just because of the cheap zipper design and construction.

Comments about NEMO Losi 3P Tent:
A lot of engineering thought went into making this tent, especially the setup, the locks and the position of each rod and how stress points are distributed. Yes, a bit expensive for a 3 person tent but at 20% off I couldn't pass up the deal. The rods and aluminum stakes are great...although I wish they could've included more stakes. Setup is a breeze and overall weight is not bad.
