Comments about Sunlite Toploader-1 Rear Bike Rack Bag - '09 Overstock:

Need a light and decent sized bag to carry change of clothing + misc. stuff for work commute which involves flying down and, later crawling up a steep hill. The bag answers the call.

A couple potential problems to consider:
- the bag fits the best if the seat and bike rack are far apart enough to contain the height of the bag (read the dimension). For me, the space is about 1 inch short, but the bag is malleable enough to be secured on my bike rack.

- I debated whether to spend more money for a water proof bag. This bag has no problem in light drizzles. I am not planning to test it out in hard rain.

- taking the bag on and off bike rack is relatively easy, but with the velcro tape design, I am not sure it'd withstand the wear and tear of frequent install/uninstallation cycles.

Overall, it is a well made and well functioning bag.
