      I was looking at REI's travel packs, checking the sale items in the travel section and found these cubes. My first thought was "I don't need luggage FOR MY LUGGAGE" but I decided to try out a few because the reviews were so good and REI has such a great return policy.

      I will never again travel without these. I am very used to traveling with a duffel bag or travel pack. Trying to keep the underwear on the front near the top, socks on the right, pants in the middle etc. But by day 3 it's total mayhem in that bag.

      Travel cubes allow me to have all of my t-shirts in one bag (compacted, bonus!!) my underwear, bras AND socks in another (the way it shrinks stuff you won't believe) and pants/skirts in a folding organizer.

      This size is my favorite. It won't work for winter travel, you need a bigger cube for bulky stuff, but it fits everything for a summer trip (although you might need a few)

        I use this for socks and underwear mostly. It's extremely light weight so it doesn't add much additional weight to your suit case or backpack. I use this for camping as well as traveling. It just makes my undergarmets easier to pack and keep track of once I'm at my destination. I like it especially when flying because with the insanse TSA security now who knows if they are rummaging through your suit case so I don't want my undwear flying out all over the airport :)
