Having used automotive hand tools from cheap flea-market to Snap-On, I purchased this kit expecting to use some tools once or twice, forget the rest, and not care - it didn't cost that much. The quality of the tools is *much* higher than expected, I've now used almost everything in the box at least once, and expect to to use them for decades. This kit is an exceptional value, I'd recommend it to anyone interested in doing their own work.

After purchasing I regret not just buying the tools I need. The tools are foreign made and visually look to be several grades below "Craftsman" quality. Maybe I'll be surprised when I give them a lot of use but for now I'll keep them kind of out of view. Not up to the quality level I have come to expect from REI.

This is an entry level bike tool kit, which got me started on a good foot. Has most of the essential tools to get your bike up and running at a reasonable ([$] - Tax not included) price. If you were too purchase "each" tool separately included within this tool kit, you will surely break your pockets of cash. Tire levers not included within kit, so don't forget to purchase a set. This was a good purchase, which will get you half way there in building up your own small personal home bike repair shop. It was the last kit on shelf at the time of my purchase, if you happen to come across this small kit, but it!
