Comments about Pedro's Ice Wax 2.0 Bike Lubricant - 4 oz.:

This is currently my favorite lube. I've been riding in the winter melt-off in Anchorage where 6 months of road salts and gravel are now concentrated in a thick, black slurry all over the roads. My bike looks horrendous, except for my drivetrain which looks like new. (I suppose "like new" is an exaggeration. It's a little dirty, but looks excellent for what I've been riding through.) The other wet lubes I've tried get way too sticky, and other dry lubes don't work well for me, even in the summer where is Alaska weather can be unpredictable. This has been great in all conditions.

The original Ice Wax was way better. In fact I have been snagging every bottle of that stuff I can get my paws on. New stuff just isn't the same. I really don't see what the big deal is about having green chain lube? I mean it's not like I'm out spraying the stuff in a clear mtn. stream. Or swishing my bike drivetrain around in the cooling waters. I guess every little bit counts, but this is a product that was not improved in version 2.0
