Everything else about the boots seems fine, but I echo the comment above . . . buy in the store so you can find the right size, and expect to buy several sizes smaller than your regular size. I am finally wearing, for the first time, a pair of boots 3 U.S. sizes smaller than normal for me. I have tried several other pairs of boots and they have ruined the day's skiing because of the pain of the toe box cutting into my feet. I wear an 8-1/2 normally and these are a 5-1/2! I believe they actually fit right. Amazing. Hopefully this issue will be fixed with future boots.

I was going to buy these boots online, but I'm really glad I didn't. You have to try them on to get the right size. I am normally a size 8 women's and I had to buy a 5 1/2. That is a huge size difference!!!

Once I got the boots that fit me right they were amazing. I really liked the fit and they are really warm and I like skiing in them a lot.

Sizing was perfect but got blisters on the inner and outer parts of the heel (not the back as expected) of both feet where the plastic ankle supports are. After the fact, I saw a similar review on the men's version of this boot.
