      Comments about GoFit Foam Roll - 18":

      Primarily used for recovery after running. I normally run 3 miles a day 4 times a week along with jump roping for 15 minutes as my warm up, fifty push ups and stretching before and after. The results are fantastic in terms of recovery but make sure you watch the dvd that comes with the roller and do the exercises the correct way to reap the benefits. The roller really gets at those problem areas where pain exists. Please be aware that you will feel pain using the product because the body is only reacting which is normal. After a few days of using the roller I can say that it works! I have no lingering muscle soreness/stiffness and I have a spring in my step. The roller takes a little bit of time to get use to and if you don't have strong arms to help prop you up then you really can't take advantage of the product unless of course you find some type of substitute addition. The roller also serves as a great plank type workout for your abs but you need to watch the dvd that comes with it to understand what I'm talking about. I would also say that using the roller for 15 minutes gives you a complete overall body workout, I was sweating and my heart rate was up just rolling out the body for 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has issues with recovery. Anything that keeps the pain away can stay :)
