Comments about Seattle Sports Paddleboy Original Kayak and Canoe Cart - Large - Special Buy:
This item is easy to use, right out of the box. One drawback is that it's not quite as large as I thought it would be. I purchased the large size cart and it was just barely big enough to accommodate my somewhat wide kayak. But overall, I am pleased with it, as it's foldable, affordable and easy to set-up and use.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was quite prompt: the package arrived days earlier than expected.
Comments about Seattle Sports Paddleboy Original Kayak and Canoe Cart - Large - Special Buy:
The Paddleboy is wonderful in one respect: it will get your kayak to and from your car with minimal effort. It is worth it for that advantage alone.
It has one big problem that really bugs me: It won't stay upright at a 90-degree angle.
Most kayaks are not flat on the bottom. Many have a shallow V hull. The Paddleboy doesn't work that well with a shallow v. It is meant to be foldable, so the bolts the hold the legs to the two cross pieces pivot to make the whole unit collapssible. Unfortunately they tend to do that while you are loading and transporting the kayak. The whole thing becomes offcenter and unbalances. Then it's difficult to steer around corners, as when entering your garage.
I feel this device would work much better if it were a rigid, noncollapsing frame.
Be careful also that the metal legs don't damage your kayak if you have an expensive boat. I had to wrap additional duck tap around the legs to protect the kayak.

Comments about Seattle Sports Paddleboy Original Kayak and Canoe Cart - Large - Special Buy:
Ordered this cart 3 times, everyone has Axle Bolts that are 1/4" to short, and therefore the locking thread on the axle nut is not engaged.
Contacted Seatle Sports CS, and so far have not come up with a solution that won't cost me more money.
I reversed the nuts for now, but if you do this be very careful that you don't strip the axle bolts. This puts the locking thread on the inside.
It's a good canoe product, because it's an old reliable paddleboy design, to bad seatle sports bought paddleboy.
