        I was out this past weekend at the Narrows in Zion, and I put my wallet and two iPhones in this case. Wasn't overstuffed or difficult to close, and I'd used it before, but it'd never been submerged. This time it got dunked in some water for a split second and I left it in my bag. I went on hiking for several hours and when I finally got to the Visitor Center, I opened the case up, and inside is a thousand dollar set of paperweights completely soaked in water. WILL NEVER PURCHASE A PELICAN PRODUCT AGAIN.

          This is a great product. It is waterproof and rugged. It will hold up to bumps, scratches, and drops, while maintaining its waterproof seal. It weighs in at almost a pound, which is substantially heavier than waterproof bags, but it provides extra protection that bags don't. The rubber insert is a nice feature that keeps the contents from clanking around.

            Bought this case primarily to store my camera while kayaking. It's a great product with a nice, tight seal, keeping everything inside dry. The bright yellow is a nice addition - if the case went overboard, it would be easy to spot in the water. The case was the perfect size, big enough to hold my Canon PowerShot SX130IS camera, cellphone, license, and chapstick will some room to spare.

              My boyfriend got this Pelican case for me and I love it! He liked it so much that he got himself one, too. The size fits my camera, cell phone, chapstick, and keys with room to spare. I toss the case in my kayak for every paddle - it keeps my belongings safe and dry.

                Used this primarily for canoeing. Stuffed my wallet, phone and keys in it. Clear cover was ideal to see phone's GPS through it. Kept everything dry. Several times, canoed while it was storming and everything inside remained dry.
