The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about CycleOps JetFluid ProTrainer:
This trainer has become an invaluable tool for training. Even though we live in San Diego, it is just not enough day light in the winter if one works full time. Besides the issue with day light, it is nice to just focus on training rather than traffic or pedetrians.

Comments about CycleOps JetFluid ProTrainer:
I thought this would be a great trainer; and was pleased to see it arrive "assembled in the box: but the base "feet" fell off almost immediately. they are plastic pieces just "pushed" onto the metal frame. seems like there is too much plastic (like the big cover over the back). Have not ridden it yet; but my first impression is not good.

Comments about CycleOps JetFluid ProTrainer:
I've had the JetFluid Pro for 2 months now. I've been using it on a daily basis with my road bike. I must say, that I'm extremely glad with the choice I made, as far as brand and model of the indoor trainer, is concerned.
Selection: I chose CycleOps JetFluid Pro over Kinetics, only because i figured that the former had more product offerings. I thought I'd give it a try and if i wasn't happy with it, I'd give the other one a try. Suffice it to say, i'm still using it.
Installation: The product came with the trainer, a dvd and a skewer for the rear wheel. I've decided to use my original skewer instead, since i use the bike both indoor and outdoor (when the rain takes a break). I had to purchase a climbing block for stability as it didn't come with that. Connecting the bike to the trainer is a snap (just follow the user guide please), I'd say 2 to 3 minutes (unfolding the legs of the trainer, setting up the resistance, connecting the rear wheel, tightening the connectors, then putting on the climbing block for the front wheel).
Pros: the claim about the road feel is definitely there. You can feel the resistance as you play with the gearing/shifting. However, I still need to figure out how i can set it up so that the rear tire won't slide (at times) when simulating a climb (standing). just my observation, the unit is quiet when i'm using it.. it is just the humming from the tire and i can hear the TV dialog well when watching. Additionally, the unit is very portable as you can fold the legs in the snap of each button.
