The interior waffle weave and smooth exterior makes these very comfortable against the skin. I use these as a base layer around the house, hiking and x-c skiing and they are comfortable in all those situations... breath great / stay dry, very warm, soft and no odor build up.

This is a great shirt. It is extremely soft and comfortable, I guess because of the merino wool that's in it. It seems to add a lot of warmth, considering how light-weight it is. If you put it under a long-sleeve shirt (or sweatshirt), you'll be warm! I've been wearing this shirt every day during the winter. I liked it so much I got two of them for me and I also bought this shirt for two of my relatives.
