Comments about SmartWool Stagecoach Gloves:
I appreciate good materials, especially wool and leather. These gloves are a near perfect union. They lose a star as they are difficult to get on. There's not much stretch in the wrist area to slide your hand in. It is best to try these on at at REI before you buy.
Once my hands are in, they feel good, look sharp, go well with a variety of jackets, keep the digits warm, and are very durable. They performed very well on long walks with the dog during the last two brutal months of winter. They were my go-to pair of gloves.

Comments about SmartWool Stagecoach Gloves:
I bought these last year and they have been great. These are my go-to gloves throughout most the winter here in the Mid-Atlantic. They can be dress-y or casual. The leather and wool are a great combination.
I usually wear them from 10 degrees up to 50 degrees. I think they are very versatile. They show little wear after regular use. The cheap-o gloves I bought off overstock already show wear on the fingers, but these barely show anything.

Comments about SmartWool Stagecoach Gloves:
These gloves are true to the Size listed in the REI chart.
I do not have small hands and the other reviews mentioned that they ran small so I got the XL.
I have a little bit of extra room in the finger tips, but not much.
These gloves do the trick, but are bulky and a little firm.
I would probably not go out of my way to buy them again, but they do the trick.
If you want something for casual wear, these are a decent replacement to snow sport gloves

Comments about SmartWool Stagecoach Gloves:
I have been biking with these gloves for over a year now in Seattle, and they have served me well in that time. I commute by bike everyday about 15 miles, and the palms still look brand new, the wool backhands hold up very well against the cold wind and rain. The few times water has managed to come through was the result of a long ride (50 miles) and even then, my hands were still warm...the miracle of wool. Buy these gloves...you won't regret it.

Very comfy and warm, grippy leather palm, and they actually go great with a suit and overcoat.

Comments about SmartWool Stagecoach Gloves:
I have poor circulation in my hands so I purchased these to keep my hands warm while driving or walking around outside. They are comfortable and keep my hands pretty warm. They certainly aren't as warm as my ski mitts, but they look great, are thick and of good quality.

Comments about SmartWool Stagecoach Gloves:
My wife bought these for me for Christmas. I like to use them for driving/ going out, and cross country skiing. My hands stay warm and they grip the ski poles very well. The top side of the glove is wool so they dry out fast. Very nice glove.

Comments about SmartWool Stagecoach Gloves:
I really like Smartwool socks and shirts. This is the second item I've purchased where Smartwool fabrics were combined with other materials with less than stellar results. (The other were Timberline moccasins that fit me poorly). I ordered these gloves in a large as I usually fit somewhere between medium and large. These are a very 'small' large and the fingers are oddly sized. These are too tight to be comfortable or warm. The gloves are overly stiff and the cuffs are also smallish. These are going back.

Comments about SmartWool Stagecoach Gloves:
I like the combination of wool and leather; the wool is quite warm, and the leather allows for a good grip on the steering wheel while driving.
