Comments about Hammer Nutrition Flask - 5 fl. oz.:
I bought three of these for long days on the bike and adventure racing. They work great. Slim design fits well in my rear jersey pocket and caps are ideal for grabbing a quick "bite" on the go. Not sure about some of the other comments, but I can easily fit 5+ gel packets in a flask. A bit difficult to clean, but to be expected and I can't think of anything I'd change.

Comments about Hammer Nutrition Flask - 5 fl. oz.:
'Math expert" is 100% correct about the labeling on the 26 serving bottle being misleading (26 servings @ 2 tablespoons/serving ~= 770ml, not the 650ml provided). On the 2010 bottle the serving is now 1.7 tablespoons = 650ml. The flask holds about 5-6 servings. Curiously the kcal are still the same @ 90. Think of that what you will.....
As to the actual product (flask and gel): the gel works great if you take a shot every hour or so (depending on intensity) but the warn you it's not what you want for rides longer than 3h. The flask makes using the gel much more practical, as you can easily carry it along. It's not the easiest to clean but at this price point you can replace it often. The gel stores for weeks without problem.

Comments about Hammer Nutrition Flask - 5 fl. oz.:
The capacity is only misrepresented in that it is labelled as 5 oz (weight) when it should be 5 fl oz (volume). It will hold five fluid ounces, but whether it will hold five ounces will depend on the density of what you put in it. It will not hold five ounces of feathers, but it will hold slightly more than five servings of Hammer Gel. One 36 gram serving times five equals 180 grams and I just filled mine with Raspberry gel, using a dieter's scale, to 190 grams (6.4 ounces) with a small amount of room left. The markings on the side are not accurate, but they're close enough for their intended use. "Math Expert" made the same volume/weight error in his review of the 26 serving container of Hammer Gel.

Comments about Hammer Nutrition Flask - 5 fl. oz.:
This flask was purchased along with the 650 ml bottle of Hammer Gel. The markings (1-5) on the side are supposedly to represent ounces. The website says it holds 5 ounces of product. I poured water into the flask up to the 5 marker and transferred it into a measuring cup and found it's only 4 ounces. Furthermore, the claim that it holds 5-6 servings of Hammer Gel is incorrect. One serving of Hammer Gel equals 1.25 oz. So all you really get in terms of servings from this flask is about 3. Also, be aware that the 650 ml bottle doesn't yield 26 servings at 2 tablespoons/serving. Do the math yourself and you'll find out that 650 ml is about 44 tablespoons or 22 servings.
