I bought about 5 of these for my 16 mile trek to the top of Half Dome. They are the perfect thing to keep you going- a great snack to keep you full without feeling weighed down. I would especially recommend the coconut chocolate ones.

These bars are fantastic!!! My favorite is the Cashew Coconut Chocolate Chip Bar. No cheap sugars. All nutrition. Great balance of healthy fats, protein and carbs. Hammer nailed it!!! Easy on the stomach. Absolutely no sugar spike.

The cashew coconut chocolate chip flavor is out
of this world good. Much healthier than candy
and tastes far better. The chocolate chip flavor
was also nice. I did not try the third flavor, as
I'm now hooked on the coconut version. If you take these camping, be aware that they do seem,
like all products containing real chocolate, to melt to some extent in intense heat. I prefer these in an unmelted state, though they are ok
warm and melted.
