        Excellent little kit to add to your blister kit. Great for those blisters that clients normally get within the first couple of miles of a hike. Bag self seals meaning that it stays tidy and waterproof.

          I went on a long day hike today with new hiking boots and I already had blisters on my heels from shoes I had worn a couple of weeks before. A recipe for disaster, right? Wrong! Thanks to my new GlacierGel patches, my blisters were not only protected but also healed as I hiked! When I took off my boots and socks after a steep 10-mile climb, my blisters had healed even more than when I had started the hike. I will keep a pack of these every time I go on a long hike from now on. Amazing!

          I took these with me to Kilimanjaro, and they are the best stuff ever to place over a blister. The one down side is that the edges rolled up easily then the bandage would come off, it was easily solved by placing some duct tape over it. It lasted for 3 days on my hike down the mountain. It provided protection and cushioning, now keep a few in my backpack at all times.

          These things are great. I usually use them as a preventative measure, on the areas of my feet where I am prone to get blisters. They'll stick for days, if the area is clean and dry when you apply them. I've also found them to provide good cushioning when I'm having bunion pain...though they aren't advertised for that, I've used them that way. Far superior to moleskin, and easier to use.
