      I had been working out for a while before I decided to pick these compression shorts up and I am super glad I did. These do a great job of wicking away moisture, as well as providing compression which definitely helps with my muscle recovery time. I also purchased a pair of the longer shorts after getting these and personally find those a bit better since they cover the thigh fully.

        Well I am 6'2" and 210lbs and I got the large. They fit really well and using bodyglide in conjuction I have alleviated all my chaffing problems on runs over 10 miles.

        I use to always have problems but these shorts seem to be the cure all. I bought 2 more pair after using them everyday for one week...

        This has definately earned its spot in my running wardrobe for life.
