    The REI Member Dividend

    The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.

    I bought the adult and kids strap. I used the straps on our skis and poles and we both carried our gear over the shoulder with the skis vertical. Its a convenience that I did not wind up having to carry two sets of gear from the parking lot to the lift or dropping the gear off and finding a parking spot. I feel safer carrying the skis verically to prevent the ski tips or end from slapping someone when i turn. works best with shaped skis and bindings between the straps as seen in the pic. my ski clothes has enough pockets to store the straps when not in use.
