I ride these wheels five days a week in rain, snow, sleet, and sunshine. If you're a weight-weenie or a major huckster, these wheels aren't for you. For everyone else, they are a great blend of performance, utility, and value.

As with all mail-order wheels, I had them set-up, trued, and tensioned by my local bike shop before putting them on my bike. Ever since, they've been incredibly easy to maintain and have never gone more than a turn out of true. The shop said they've seen a lot of these come back with broken spokes, but my 190# frame hasn't been able to pop a spoke after riding fast over potholes, curbs, and local (very flat) singletrack.

Compared to the latest offerings in the game, these aren't the lightest hoops to mount on your ride, but for the price, you probably won't find any better.
