I love this product, stays in my shoe nicely-just hold the back of the insert in your shoe as you slip it on. I used the insert through 2 pairs of running shoes, then moved it to my casual shoes-makes a day at the office cushie :)

Comments about Spenco Performance Gel Heel Cups:

These feel good and offer great support, but they won't stay in place.

I am using them in my old work boots (with a long gone heel), and while they make the boot significantly more comfortable they shift and turn after a long day and completely get displaced when I take my foot out of my boot.

I'm not sure why this is the case, if it's poor design or the lack of any adhesive or sticky material on the bottoms... but that's the case.

If you don't mind "re-installing" these every time you wear your shoe then go for it because they feel good, but that's the reason I didn't give it more stars.
