Comments about Self-Coached Climber: The Guide to Movement Training Performance:
This book is great for the beginner and anyone looking to learn more about technique. I have a bad shoulder so I am trying to get better with my technique so that I do not rely on strength alone. I've noticed an improvement right away from reading this book and watching the DVD.
