      This product has kept my Garmont GTX boots looking new and waterproof for 6 years. It takes less than 10 minutes to apply to a pair of boots, but I find one application a year is adequate to repel water and keep the nubuck looking like new.

      I highly recommend it.

        I bought some REI Spirit 2 boots when I was in high school and have used them in every element and season the Pacific Northwest has to offer. I began protecting my $200.00 investment with this stuff and it has paid off, the boots are still dry! I learned that following the directions are key and so are regular applications. Definitely a good way to extend the life of your boot and stay dry if you're walking through a puddle or knee deep snow.
