Comments about Guyot Designs The Utensils:
This is the perfect set for the backpacker / poor college student. I was sold by the "high temp" aspect after I melted a LMF spork cooking eggs. The spatula is awesome, its the only utensil I use now, every day, besides my chef's knife. It cuts fairly well too. The spork I use backpacking, the long handle makes it perfect for freezer bag cooking and the mere 0.75oz doesn't tip the scales.

Comments about Guyot Designs The Utensils:
Used the set on a car camping trip this past summer. The spork was great for serving and worked for eating too if needed even though it is a little large. The spatula works great for stirring or lightly scraping a pot or pan for getting the last little bit out but when we used the spatula to stir scrambled eggs the bottom edge melted/peeled. The eggs were sticking a little so I was using some force so in other words this is a great set if you don't use the spatula to scrape with force on a pan that is still hot on the stove.

Comments about Guyot Designs The Utensils:
Took this on the backpacking trip in Torres Del Paine, so we were trying to keep the size down. Almost just brought one spork per person, but I had a suspicion we could use a utensil for cooking, so I bought this set. Looking back, I cant believe I only spent [$] for this item!We cooked meals "in the bag" which we later spooned out. Couldnt have asked for a better utensil set to do that! Then later in the trip when we decided to have a wine, cheese and baguette picnic in Mendoza, i brought the spatula knife thing along for cutting and it worked great. Cant wait to take another trip!

I'm really glad that I got these utensils. I own one set of these and one set of the MicroBites. The longer handles on these utensils are great for cooking, but the spork didn't feel too big while I ate with it. The material seems very durable, and didn't scratch my non-stick cookware.

Comments about Guyot Designs The Utensils:
I really like this product. As several other people have said they are long enough to get to the bottom of a bag of food yet not too big to fit in your pack. I like how they are enviromentally friendly, yet not too expensive. They clean well and seem to be very durable.

Comments about Guyot Designs The Utensils:
Simple, durable. Sometimes difficult to clean, gooey foods tends to stick pretty easily after a short time of drying. No big deal. I would reccomend buying a small caribiner to run through the holes on both utensils since i am on my second set after losing a spoon after setting it down one night. Its much easier to keep track of stuff when its attached.

This product is good for couch potatoes also. I use the spatula/knife (Natula? or spife?) in the kitchen to get all of the peanut butter out of the jar. I've looked at the short handled version from guyot, but I don't like them. The spoon is way too small for my enormous pie hole. I also use them in the microwave, and to make migas. The movie is starting......

Comments about Guyot Designs The Utensils:
Perfect size and design for me. I'm not a fan of the sporks with a serrated (pseudo-knife) edge on the spoon. This reaches the bottom of a food package and yet is not too large for comfortable storage.

Comments about Guyot Designs The Utensils:
I have used these on a few trips. I like the spatula for flipping filets or spreading peanut butter. But I can do this with the newer, smaller design, if I'm careful, but without the extra size of this set.
However, if I know I'm going to eat out of a dehydrated meal bag, I like the length of these so my forearms aren't a mess.
