The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about PowerGrip - The Ultimate Universal Rack:
What's great about the way these racks are designed is that they are perfect with the new Rockered skis. The tips of the Rockered skis are very flexible so the older type of racks squeeze the tips together and just don't hold the skis properly. With the Power Grip rack you can mount your skis below the rocker of the ski and they stay put without stressing the tip of the ski. They are very simple to mount on the wall also.

good product. i use this to mount my snowboards to the wall. a little big and bulky, but its understood given how much weight they need to support.

Comments about PowerGrip - The Ultimate Universal Rack:
It's pretty easy and obvious how you use this. Your ski's or snowboard are gripped harder by the force of gravity when put in place. The problem I've had is every ski or snowboard I put in slips out. If you put a binding above the grip you can prevent them slipping all the way out, but I suggest using two power grips placed vertically in line so they work together and lessen the slipping of your skis or snowboard.
Using two grips will also prevent your skis or snowboard from rubbing against the wall and leaving marks.
Over all though I think this is about the best rack solution for those who want the flexibility of using it for both skis and snowboards. I haven't been able to find better and I've looked.
