    The REI Member Dividend

    The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.

        Had it for about 6 months; it worked ok at first , then it cracked and fell apart. Bought a metal keeper from another manufacturer

          Comments about Pedro's Chain Keeper Tool:

          The Pedro's Chain Keeper was recommended to me by the REI mechanic in order to keep the citrus degreaser from entering the rear hub and fudging up the bearings.

          So far, the product has been terrific. I've seen reviews that due to the plastic construction, they are fairly easy to break.
          I can understand that, but through several cleanings this product has shown no signs of wear.
