Comments about Superfeet Black Premium Insoles - Low Volume:
These are great for my everyday shoes, but as someone with narrow feet the 3/4 length Easy Fit models are more versatile for shoes like ballet flats.

Comments about Superfeet Black Premium Insoles - Low Volume:
I walk everyday to and from work. I also have flat feet, so the black ones work best for me. I love them so much that I switch them out between shoes. [*]

Comments about Superfeet Black Premium Insoles - Low Volume:
This is my favorite of the Superfeet models. I know they tout the Deluxe Green model, but it is simply too thick for me. This model allows you to keep the boot fit the same while providing all of the advantages that Superfeet insoles provide. It has improved the comfort of my feet while wearing my hiking boots over extended trips and doesn't slip or change the positioning of your foot a boot like many thicker models do.

Comments about Superfeet Black Premium Insoles - Low Volume:
A friend recommended these for relieving plantar fasciitis. I had pain in the heel of one foot and the ball of the other. I wore the black "low volume" Superfeet in my work shoes every day for six months, and the pain was significantly improved. Good for work, but for walking & skiing I prefer the green ones that are a bit thicker.
